Cutty Beauséjour - The Book

The novel Cutty Beauséjour is a rich collection of stories which are based on fictional events immersed in an era spanning the thirties through sixties of West Indian culture. While each story has its differences they share an uncanny nostalgic representation of a particular aspect of Caribbean life and various situations of yesteryear.

A story showing that pride itself is a prison and kept one where she did not want to be, a relationship is explored by \"Prison Pride\".

A prize winning story written in the sixties, readers of \"The Awakening\" will surely identify with the poetic beauty of a first love.
